Good News Fellowship has been ministering here in Daly City since February 3, 1980!!!

“When the true worshipers will worship the Father in Spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is Spirit and his worshipers must worship Him in Spirit & Truth”. – John 4: 23-24.

This is what GNF desires to do!
Good News Fellowship was founded by Ed and Sandi Morgan & Family in 1980. It was the first Pentecostal church in Daly City. Good News Fellowship branched off several ministries such as San Francisco Rescue Mission (aka City Impact), Nueva Vida and Crossroads, the first Filipino Pentecostal church in Daly City. We have continued to support Missionaries all over the world. Today we still continue to reach the community faithfully by working and collaborating with other county and non-profit agencies. We are an approved Red Cross emergency shelter site. We serve in two monthly food banks with the Second Harvest Food Bank. We are a part of the Daly City Ministers group, as well as being in HOT pursuit of REVIVAL.

Our Vision

Our four-fold vision here at Good News Fellowship (GNF) can be stated as, “Little Church, Less Tradition, More Kingdom, Great Revival”.
This refers to:

Little Church:

In today’s society, people only recognize the church as a place to confess ones sins and feel like they fulfilled their duty to God by attending a Sunday service. This is church to some. We at GNF want little of this type of church. We do come to worship and praise Him on Sunday morning. To hear His Word and testimonies of the great things He has done.

Less Tradition:

Less tradition in the church means that we don’t just sit and wait for the hour to end. Here at GNF we are about being in the Spirit in Worship with other believers together in unity! Hearing His Word and applying that Word to our lives.

More Kingdom:

More Kingdom means to say that Jesus is not only the Lord God, but also the King of Kings and this Kingdom of God is in our hearts and not our heads. In this we desire to plant the seeds of faith in a dark world so that others may come to know Jesus as the only way back to God the Father.

Great Revival:

Great Revival is the result of Little Church, Less Tradition, More Kingdom as GNF seeks to please the Lord in obedience to His Command of reaching the lost in Daly City and the greater Bay Area in our best efforts to do His Will.
